August!

Well, its August now. How did that happen? A lot going on and a lot of changes.

I started a new job this week as a Product Implementation Architect Medusa Medical Technologies. Medusa’s primary product is Siren ePCR which is electronic patient record software for ambulances and other emergency response personnel. Its really fascinating stuff and looks to be a great product. The change is pretty daunting since its the first time in 10 years that I’ve had to start from scratch and learn everything over again. Combine that with the shift to a primarily Windows server environment and I have a lot of learning to do. Its a great opportunity though and I’m looking forward to getting into the thick of things.

We’re off to PEI this weekend for the 12th annual Slalom at Slemon. Unfortunately because of everything else going on the Miata is still in storage so I’ll be running the WRX for the first time in competition. Ought to be interesting with worn out all season tires in D-Stock class.

Rollin' with the goldies!
